I have some concrit for you, because you asked for some! I'll stick to the penis parts, because that's what you said you where shaky on. The foreskin looks great, I'm always happy to see people draw intact guys. :D Eames (?) looks overall a lot smaller than he should; or rather, Arthur's head is large in comparison. Eames should be larger all over. Penis-wise, that would help proportions a bit -- I do think that his cock would be even a little larger still -- like, compare his length to the distance between Arthur's nose and chin, that's not very long, right? Sure, there's post-orgasm shrinkage, but I would personally go for something a little more... weighty. And a little lower down, just a bit. His hand, too, is kind of small, and also it's a little confusing because you don't see his arm continue on to his elbow on the other side of his back, as it would if he was holding himself like that! So right now the thumb looks out of place, divorced from other parts of his body (fingers, elbow...) that would scream out 'this is a thumb!'
I remember being where you are re: uni applications. They were tough for me, too. I ended up drifting away from my high school friends, which was sad at the time, but also a huge opportunity for growth. It sounds really trite, but you really do need to 'throw yourself off the cliff', like you said, to experience new stuff. My advice is to not bury yourself in fic, though -- I buried myself in video games, and that was okay, but I look back at myself then and I think, aw man, I could have been doing something productive (the story of how I stopped drawing for two years, BOOOOO). It's not that fandom isn't productive, but just sitting back and consuming fic sure isn't -- test yourself! Try new things! KEEP DRAWING! At the very least, at least you have something to talk about when you meet new people and they ask what you do in your spare time -- having a few civilian-safe pictures has been a GODSEND for meeting new people and making friends.

xD Oh fandom, you are so good and bad for me. I will need courage to take risks because I'm so bad with new things .>.> I will see if people are ok with my gay subtext-y drawings and then INCEPT THEM. Or just befriend them. Sounds like a good enough plan!
