All I can really say is to go in and be professional, dress nicely. If you're still ill just apologize for the way you sound and say you've been so. Tell them about yourself and what you'd like to achieve. Maybe the company hasn't done anything new in a few years, but hey, maybe you could be the one to change that. Don't forget to bring a resume and to show up on time and don't be nervous because you'll be fine. <3
